Utah Open Lands Conservation Association

You already know Utah Open Lands. It’s where you hike, bike, and gain inspiration. As Utah’s first local land trust, Utah Open Lands has been protecting Summit County and Park City landscapes since before the first open space bond was ever passed. Armstrong Trail, portions of Mid Mountain Trail, even part of the Millennium Trail are on open spaces the organization began protecting in 1990. To date, they have protected 60,000 acres statewide and over 25,000 acres in the Wasatch Back. The staff and board of Utah Open Lands work year round monitoring and protecting the open spaces that feed, heal, and rejuvenate us. Their hard work also means that the sandhill cranes, sage grouse habitats, and rare orchids on these lands are also protected. But all of this is only possible with your help. Utah Open Lands operates solely on financial support from donors. With your gift, they can continue to protect the magnificent natural places that define Park City—so we can keep those places wild and open, now and forever.
