Paws for Life Utah

Every animal deserves a loving home and a long life. But when dogs and cats aren’t neutered and spayed, their puppies and kittens end up in shelters—and so many are put down. Paws for Life Utah is dedicated to finding new homes for these animals, rescuing over 1,200 dogs and cats each year. The staff ensures every animal receives medical care, immunizations, a microchip, and a spay or neuter service. As a member of NKUT (No Kill Utah), Paws for Life Utah works with other rescue partners to help save shelter pets that are most at risk, like senior animals and those with behavioral issues. Because prevention is the best solution, Paws for Life Utah regularly educates the public on the importance of spaying and neutering, and makes these services affordable to low-income families. And through their TNR (trap, neuter, release) program, they hope to reduce the number of feral cats and colonies in our communities. If you share the same “no kill” vision for our community’s homeless animals, considering giving to Paws for Life Utah today.
