Park City Museum
Park City’s rich history is just one more thing that makes our town so special to live in. The Park City Historical Society & Museum is dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting our town’s history and culturally significant sites. The award-winning Museum on Historic Main Street is a cultural favorite of both residents and visitors alike, and serves as an educational host to thousands of school children each year. The library along with over 40,000 historic images are a researcher's dream and source for preservation for the community. The organization's new Education and Collections Center now stores treasured artifacts in one climate-controlled location. The Museum recently announced their ownership of the beautiful and interesting Historic Glenwood Cemetery near Park City Mountain. Through their Friends of Ski Mountain Mining History, the Museum is working to restore the crumbling iconic mining structures in both Deer Valley and Park City. By supporting the Museum with a donation or membership, you are helping our community celebrate its rich legacy and historic town.
